WELCOME
In 2010 we ran a number of Christian Holiday Clubs in Romania. In the East we worked alongside Open Door Foundation with children from several gypsy communities around the town of Medgidia. In the West we worked with Churches in Petrosani, Mihaiesti and Peceiu. At each place the children enjoyed a lively spiritual programme supported by drama, story, music, games and craft. We are now planning for Summer 2011 and inviting volunteers for this work.

Over the last 19 years we have been teaching the gospel to Romanian young people through holiday camps, holiday clubs and youth clubs. The aim of these initiatives is to enable, assist and encourage Romanian Christians to grow in faith and learn new ways of spreading the gospel and to reach children who have not heard the gospel.
God has honoured our work and we have been able to give regular support by providing finance for staff, equipment and premises, and training for youth leaders that results in their learning effective methods of outreach to young people from all backgrounds. We have seen many children come to faith and a number of the young people we worked with have now become evangelical pastors themselves. A number of permanent Christian clubs have also been set up in towns and cities and many summer camps occur including a fixed camp at Voronet.
We have an exciting vision for the future and if you have a heart for young people, a desire to be challenged and to let the holy spirit work through you then we would love you to join us in our work - even if only for a week or so.
